A trusted repair team with decades of experience
Rawlings is one of the most trusted glove makers in the world, and with the right care, their gloves can last generations. Our team has been relacing and repairing Rawlings gloves for decades. We carefully: clean & condition, replace old laces, and rebuild interiors or torn leather when needed.
Family-owned since 1978. Mail-in from anywhere, or drop off locally. Send photos for a quote — we reply within 24 hours.
Most popular models serviced: Heart of the Hide & Pro Preferred
Heart of the Hide uses Rawlings’ ultra-premium full-grain steerhide, cut from the middle of the back. It’s firmer out of the box, takes longer to break in, and is made to hold its shape for years.
Pro Preferred uses kip leather — from younger cattle, typically softer and more consistent, at a higher price point. Pro Preferred linings use Pittards sheepskin for moisture control, with a wool wrist liner on many models. These soft linings are prone to deterioration, and are one of the major candidates for our interior leather replacement service.
Other models: There’s no brand or model we won’t service. We’ve seen everything from models with built-in air pockets to gloves that have been torn to pieces by the family dog. Just submit a couple of photos to our team and we will let you know what we can do to help.
What our services entail
Every glove is different. After we see your photos, we tell you what’s realistic — and what isn’t. Typical work includes:
Deep clean & condition — remove dirt and surface grime, then condition the leather to create a safe seal
Partial or full relace — replace brittle, broken or mismatched lace; match color from our stock or pick something new
Interior leather replacement — a full custom interior leather rebuild, includes new binding, thumb + pinky straps, and a full relace
Leather tears, rips, holes — for all other leather damage, including patchwork and rebuilds of missing leather parts
Pricing breakdown
Partial relace — from $20
Full relace — from $65; pricing depends on lace amount and pattern complexity
Interior leather replacement — starts at $165, includes a full relace
Deep clean & condition — $25 per glove
Web replacement — Rawlings, Wilson or custom (non-branded) webs when you get a relace (limited stock; not sold alone)

Turnaround time
Most gloves ship back within 1–2 days of arriving at our shop. Interior replacements can take 2–4 days. Our repair shop is open 7 days a week.
Why not just a DIY Rawlings relace pack?
Relacing packs are a popular purchase, but understanding the lace pattern can take years of practice. If a DIY job already went wrong, stop by or mail us your glove to get it back to its original design.
